Join us in building the agency girls need to shape their own futures

We support girls from economically vulnerable households to stay engaged in education and build the confidence, judgment and resilience to navigate the choices and pressures they face.

We combine targeted support for verified school-related costs with structured, evidence-informed life-skills mentoring shaped by girls’ priorities and strengthened through school and community participation.

How can you partner with us?

Become a Volunteer Mentor

Selected volunteers will support structured life-skills training and mentoring for adolescent girls using programme-provided materials and guidance. We are looking for women who:

  • are established working professionals with relevant experience and practical insights to share;

  • are committed to supporting adolescent girls with respect, consistency and appropriate boundaries;

  • are willing to complete programme training and follow the approved curriculum and mentoring approach; and

  • meet Social Uplift Africa’s vetting and safeguarding requirements.

Our mentor model is designed to combine structured programme materials, appropriate specialist input, volunteer preparation and ongoing support.

Offer Financial Support

We offer two financial support pathways:

  • Direct support for verified school-related costs. Fund specific, school-confirmed costs for participating girls, with payments made directly to the partner school. Depending on identified need, annual costs currently range from approximately KES 10,000 (USD 77) to KES 35,000 (USD 270) per girl.

  • Support programme delivery. Contribute to Social Uplift Africa’s programme costs, including facilitator preparation and delivery, learning materials, monitoring and evaluation, safeguarding, communication and essential administration.


Funding partners receive regular updates on the use of funds, programme delivery and cohort progress, proportionate to the nature of the partnership.
