Who We Are

Social Uplift Africa is a Kenya-based nonprofit initiative supporting vulnerable girls facing economic barriers to remain engaged in education and build practical agency.

We work through school partnerships, combining targeted education support with structured, evidence-informed life-skills mentoring

Operational Integrity

How We Work Responsibly

Our three-pronged approach is designed to strengthen accountability, participant safety and responsible delivery across our school partnerships.

Participant Safeguarding

Participant Voice

Transparent Monitoring

We embed safeguarding into programme design and delivery to protect the dignity, privacy and safety of every participant.

Participating girls help shape programme emphasis so that training responds to the challenges they identify as most relevant to their cohort.

We track verified school-related costs, monitor programme delivery and assess selected outcomes to understand progress, strengthen accountability and improve the model over time.
